The Company Score Framework, included in each Company Review, is designed to provide an easy-to-understand, structured evaluation of a technology company. Using a proprietary methodology, the Multifamily Innovation Lab applies a Green–Yellow–Red scoring system to clearly communicate performance, priority, risk, and compliance to both technical and non-technical audiences.
The framework evaluates companies across four key areas: Value Proposition, User Experience, Business Readiness, and Technology Usability.
