The Multifamily Innovation Lab, LLC is an independent research and insights platform focused on multifamily technology. Content includes articles, company reviews, benchmarking, analysis, and commentary published via our website and Substack.
Certain subscription tiers may include licensed access or bespoke analyst conversations.
All content is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing provided constitutes legal, financial, investment, accounting, or other professional advice.
2. Subscriptions & Access
Subscriptions are offered through Substack or directly through our website.
• Individual subscriptions are for personal, non-transferable use.
• Group or licensed plans permit access only for the number of users purchased.
• Content may not be shared, redistributed, or republished without written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for misuse or violations.
3. Advisory & Analyst Conversations (Disclaimer)
Any analyst conversations, briefings, or advisory interactions provided under premium subscription tiers:
• Are interpretive discussions of research, not consulting engagements
• Do not constitute legal, financial, investment, or fiduciary advice
• Do not replace independent due diligence or professional counsel
Decisions made based on information discussed remain solely the responsibility of the subscriber.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, research, trademarks, and materials are owned by or licensed to Multifamily Innovation Lab and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, resell, or create derivative works without express written permission.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
• Share paid or licensed content outside permitted users
• Use content for competitive intelligence scraping or resale

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the prior 12 months.
