In addition:
● You take ownership and follow through
● You are comfortable working in a growing platform where roles are not rigidly defined
● You can move between detailed analysis and higher-level discussions as needed
● You are thoughtful, reliable, and motivated to build something over time
This role is best suited for someone who values both:
● The rigor of an institutional investment environment, and
● The opportunity to take on broader responsibility within a smaller team
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or related field
● MBA or MSRE preferred but not required
● Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
● Strong written and verbal communication skills
